Hey hey it’s me again. Jora in the house!! Haha. So for this holy week, we stay at the Sinougura Beach Resort for some chilling & unwinding season. Syempre after bonggang bonggang work, we need to unwind din naman. Week before the holy week, nag iisip narin ako kung where’s our next travel destination & since I saw a blog again at the facebook about Tatlong Pulo Resort in Guimaras, so inaya ko na agad sila mama to go to Guimaras sa Holy Week.
So ayun na nga gora na kami papuntang Guimaras, All things are already packed & ready to bring na. then fast forward after 1 and a half hour of travelling, we already arrived on our destination, THE TATLONG PULO RESORT. Tadahh. Ready na sana kami magtampisaw sa tubig na para bang mga bata ulit, pero sa entrance pa lang ng resort, nashock na agad ang lola mo. kay jusko day! Kamahal sang entrance fee PHP250 for overnight & 150 for day tour only. It’s super overpriced in my opinion, since in the first place their resort don’t have ELECTRICITY – so it means no light at night, no videokes, no charging station & etc. Next is they don’t have restaurant & no overnight cottages. So I dont know why they are charging PHP250 for that kind of service.
BUT GOOD THING is that we inquire at the adjacent resort which is the SINUOGURA BEACH RESORT after that shocking event and tadahh its saves us from going nowhere. We already fall in love at the place habang papasok pa lang kami, it’s very colorful. Akala ko nga may event eh like tent party, but in reality wala man it’s just amu lang gd na ya ang resort. Nagpaparent sila ng mga tents since theyre overnight rooms can’t accommodate sa mga bisitang gusto talagang mag overnight.
So as you can see at the right side here, I took photo of their room & activities rates, so I can recommend sa mga angkan ko & to my friends also, and justify to them that the resort is really affordable. Sinoguora Beach Resort is far more affordable compare to the other resorts nearby especially in their overnight rooms where starts at PHP600 only with unlimited pax na. (Joke lang)
What I mean is that they are not that strict when it comes to how many persons will be staying in one room, which is the best gd ya for family outings. Actually si mama naobssessed na sa resort, permi nya gna sturya sa mga gabakal sa tyange namun na nami gd kuno ang nakadtuan namun sa guimaras kg barato pa. (Word of Mouth is the best advertising ika nga.)
So since Fully Booked nagid sila, we agreed to stay na lang sa hut cottage nila plus we will rent na lang another tent for mama & jeng, since may ara naman ako tent. The place is somewhat crowded sang ara kami tu, no wonder since summer na plus holy week pa plus tupad lang ng resort ang tatlong pulo na pinagkakaguluhan sa facebook, that’s why medyo bongga ang population sang nagkadto kami tu. But the best thing I love to this place is that ang lakas maka beach vibe ng place. Sarap balik balikan & every people in the shore seems enjoying the heat of the sun. So saan ka pa?
This place called Balingasag Beach Resort before. As you can see in the pictures, white sand langga!! Haha. Daw boracay, but ofcourse walang tatalo sa pino ng white sand ng Boracay but the white sand here at the Balingasag beach is di na rin naman talaga magpapatalo. Especially yung Island dun sa gitna, which is managed by tatlong pulo management pero libre lang naman magvisit, wag lang magtrek way pakadto sa babaw.
How do we get here?
From Iloilo City, We Ride a jeepney going to Ortiz port & since we are from Mandurriao. We can just transport via Molo Mandurriao or SM Mandurriao & drop us by University of Iloilo then just walk na lang papuntang Ortiz port. - PHP7.00
Then from Ortiz Port, we transport via boat to Jordan Wharf - PHP14.00
Upon Arrival to Jordan Wharf, we take Alibhon – San Miguel jeepney which will drop us to the Alibhon Market. - PHP15.00
From Alibhon Market, we rent a tricycle that takes us to the Sinoguora Beach Resort! - PHP300/6 = PHP50.00
(But in some cases like my tita’s family done, they rent na lang a Mini Jeepney that bring them directly to Sinoguora Beach Resort.) - PHP500-600
So all in all, we paid PHP86.00 each on our way to Sinoguora. So literal na saan aabot ang 86 pesos mo? Saan pa kundi sa Guimaras. Now that were here, wala na kaming pinalampas na moment, yung tipong kahit mainit sugod lang ng sugod. Cause that’s how it is, right? You went to the beach cause you want to enjoy the sun, the waves, the scenery & etc.
And as we enjoy the moment, more pictures to come! Kung napapagod lang camera ko kakaclick, for sure kanina pa sya nag give up. But thankyou Canon 1200D for serving your purpose. The Picture above was taken the next day na, that was the view of the next island shore separate from the sinoguora beach resort. It was more serene and peaceful & I think it was not resort, it looks like more a private vacation place. Ang ganda, ang sarap mag moment but unluckily may nakalagay na “No trespassing”, so behave2x na lang.
The upper part of the sinouguora beach where other tricycle stop by have a breathtaking view. As you can see in the pictures above. That was taken in the upper part. You can already see the guimaras new lighthouse as well as the other neighboring island. & in my opinion it’s what heaven looks like for those landscape photographers since you can see the vast blue sea of guimaras as well the little islands of it.
And to make my long travel blog short, im gonna pose my favorite portrait muna. Humahastag #Beachvibes dayun. Haha. Thankyou to my friend paul, namamaster mo na langga pano ako anguluhan at kuhanan na hindi bruha face ko. Thumbs up! Keep up the good work. Another thing I want to share is that in sinoguora, di ka magugutom. Maraming magluluto sayo and that they will just ask for 50 pesos for their labor sa kahit anong luto na ipapaluto mo sa kanila. & so far Sinoguora Beach Resort exceeds my expectation when it comes to hospitability. I still look forward na makabalik with my family.
Overall experience in Sinoguora beach is more than awesome! We went home exhausted but still happy of the wonderful experience in our stay in Sinapsapan, Guimaras. Total expenses for transportation results to PHP 172.00 each. How I wish there are still more resorts or places like Sinoguora Beach for more bonggang travel in the future.
