Hi hello! For this weekend, we found another place that’s really worth the visit. And guess what is it? Of course the ever beautiful Adhara boutique resort! Okay let’s start telling travel diaries.
Since last week we traveled to Miagao for some soul searching daw? This week we tried to search whatever place in facebook tells us to go. Since this another blogger shares pic staying in Adhara Resort and exactly that time Im searching for our next destination. So Tadaahh! I asked dyna immediately if she still wants to travel with me. Syempre ang isa pusang gala din, kaya nag yes agad sa proposal ko. Around 8am, Sunday when we travel there by riding jeep going to oton church since we want to start the day right. Prayers for the whole day new adventure kumbaga. For your transportation, you can just ride a jeepney Oton-Anhawan along Diversion Road in front of Monkey Grounds Coffee or in Molo Supermart. Fare is Php 14.00
Tip: If ever you feel na nalolost ka na just like us, bumaba ka na lang sa Gaisano Capital – Oton then try to ride tricycle from there. For sure alam na alam ng mga tricycle driver kung nasaan ang adhara boutique resort (Actually sa loob sya ng Anhawan). Fare would be 10 to 15 pesos. Since we are only a day trippers, no need to book for a room. We avail their September Promo: PHP300 Pesos Entrance Fee but don’t worry that’s consumable naman. The very first time we entered to the adhara resort proper, we already amazed sa ambiance pa lang. The place is so quiet since kokonti lang ang day trippers and mostly mga stay in sa hotel lang ang mga guests. It’s already around 11:30AM when we arrived there since we attend last mass for the morning in Oton Church first. Pero tamang tama
lang dating namin, gutom pero maganda parin. Chos. The very first thing that comes to our mind when we get there is to order food to use our PHP600 Consumables. *Para naman mas worth it ang stay. We ordered 12 slices of pizza para hanggang sa 5 PM na pampalipas ng gutom and of course while waiting for our food umikot ikot na rin kami. And heres some photos to prove that adhara have a breathtaking view.
As you can see in their website, they’re promoting wellness or let’s say they are promoting their resort as a rejuvenation sanctuary – where we can experience a restful break from the hustles and bustles of daily life, gives us pampering that we deserve, or the space we need to explore our individuality. And honestly speaking, they proved to me that they are right about their healing powers to the individuals like me. Let’s say I’m partly lost, but after I stayed there I knew that there’s some questions in my mind and heart that were already answered while travelling back on my way home.
At dahil hindi ako kaputian, in short isa akong tunay na Filipina. Kulay morena, na handang magpaitim para lang maranasan kung gaano ba kasarap magbabad sa init ng haring araw habang pinipilit na labanan ang puso kong nilalamig. Ansabeh? But to be honest, it’s already around 2:30 or nearly 3 oclock when we realized that it’s really time to swim. Pumunta sa banyo, nagpalit ng pinakamagandang swimsuit, tumakbo papuntang pool at tumalon sa tubig na para bang sana sa pag ahon ko, wala ka na o wala na kong maalala.. Sana ganto lang din kadali ang pagmomove on, pero hindi, kaya uuntiin untiin natin.
By the way, I want feature my beautiful travel buddy. Dyna Vicente ang pangalan, mabait po yan may pagka suplada nga lang minsan, pero what I really adore her most is yung paggiging flash nya everytime niyaya kong mag travel. Kaya pagdating samin, lahat ng drawing may kulay, lahat ng plano natutupad, lahat ng araw pinaghahandaan, lahat ng dapat puntahan, pupuntahan. At alam kong mahal din ako ni dyna, dapat lang eh nuh! Alam ko ang mga litrato na dapat iupload at hindi iupload. HAHA
Actually, there are lot more things to do at adhara. They are offering wellness services such as massages, aroma therapy treatment, manicure and pedicure. The pool and beach are open to all of the guests too. Plus they have Fine dining restaurant & Marina bar!! Diving, Jetski, Kayak, Basic Sailing lessons, kiteboarding, horseriding and the best is MOVIE BY THE BEACH. Damn it! May I repeat M-o-v-i-e-b-y-t-h-e-b-e-a-c-h? Pwede na ba kong umiyak? Movie nights happen from 7PM to 9PM. And I promise babalik ako at manunuod ng movie sa beach pag nahanap ko na sya. Huwait lang. Wait lang.
Around 5:30 pm when we realized it’s time to go home, since may pasok pa bukas, bawal malate kasi kaltas agad sa mumunti kong sweldo. Kaya ninamnam na namin ang bawat Segundo na natira. Picture doon, Picture didto. Punta doon, Punta dito. Pero mas marami ang picture syempre. Ang sarap sa feeling na umuwe sa bahay na may bago ka namang napuntahan na makakapagbago na naman sa pagtingin mo sa mga bagay bagay. Ang sarap maging malaya. Ang sarap maging makata. Ang sarap mainlove sa mga lugar na pinuntahan mo na at sa pupuntahan pa lang.
Adhara is so magical and beautiful. It makes my heart felt that I’m already healed even though I know I’m not. I love everything.. the accommodations, the people, the place, the magical feeling & lastly, the freedom. Super sulit!
